1. Return & Refund Window
Customers are eligible to request a return or refund within 5 days of receiving the order. After 5 days from delivery, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement under any circumstances.
2. Conditions for Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund or return, the product must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The product should be in the same condition as received, without any physical damage.
A valid proof of purchase (order ID, payment receipt, or invoice) must be provided.
The issue must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order through our customer support or WhatsApp number.
Products that are damaged due to customer misuse or negligence are not eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain categories of products such as personal care items, health-related products, and customized or digital goods cannot be returned or refunded once delivered. Please check the product description carefully before purchasing.
4. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved, our team will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the product back to our address. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.
If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be asked to share your bank or UPI details for the refund.
